SDreamExplorerS has gone back to his earliest roots to completely remake the track that influenced the route he has taken as a musician. Lost Dimension I is a thrilling instrumental filled with tight guitar work and a fantastic bass throughout. The phrasing of the song switches between gritty dueling guitars and more mellow, groovy sections – though the track never loses it’s energy or bounce. The electric guitar work is phenomenal, but then again, when SDreamExplorerS is at the help, what else did you expect!

Mane In Green – Step! Buck! Leap! Touch! | Celtic Folk
This fun track is from Mane In Green, who was in inspired by a short theme from the recent episode Horse Play. Expanding on the theme composed by composer William Anderson, Mane In Green’s track explodes with jubilant Celtic flavor and dancing fun! Be sure to grab a download of the track from Mane In Green’s Bandcamp or Pony.fm page for when the need to break out in a jig arises.
UndreamedPanic – The Outdoors | Album | Electronic
I don’t think I could ever count the amount of music that Panic’s made. The sheer volume of music he’s contributed to fandom is incredible and it all just keeps getting better as he grows as a producer! The Outdoors sees him taking on some more poppy styles like Future Bass, a bit of Indie Pop influence, but also a good deal of Melodic Dubstep tracks too. Anyone who’s a fan of Panic’s usual songs, or any kind of mainstream-style electronic music is bound to enjoy this.

TCB – Only One | Chillout / Drum & Bass

Making gorgeous use of vocal chops constructed from the song from the recent CMC episode, TCB creates a beautiful atmosphere. It also has some sections with the vocal unchopped that work just as well. The instrumental fits with them in a terrific way, initially understated and chilled out, before going a bit more into overdrive with some drum & bass percussion.
[P@D] RKDM – Perspective | Glitch Hop
Another great contribution to the most recent Ponies at Dawn compilation album, RKDM brings us this unique, bumpin’ track. The song begins with a great chiptune intro that builds into a mighty glitch hop piece. Perspective is a testament to how well chops can be used! The Fluttershy snippets sing along with the track and add an incredible melody as an additional layer to the song. RKDM changes up the different phrases and sprinkles the chiptune back in halfway through to keep the track fun and interesting. Make sure to check out this great standalone addition to a fantastic album.
Noizepon – Defpon-1 | Gabber
It’s like a fast change… first the party then hell on earth.
Two creative minds in the experimental/hard music scene in the brony fandom, Phoxi/PVNK and NextLevelDerp joined forces to create an alias called Noizepon, a wild adventure we have when we listen to this track. This track really amazed me, the high distortion and the aggressiveness of the sound and texture makes this track one of the best Gabber songs ever put by a brony, outside Pinkamena Party! This all in 2-track EP that will melt your ears with awesomeness and destruction! Good job both of you!
Equestria Electric Symphony Orchestra – Love’s My Cutie Mark | Classic Pop
Equestria Electric Symphony Orchestra always keeps it interesting and catchy! This moving, late 60s style track has a lot of great elements to it including a jazzy bass, fun pop beat, and some rock thrown in to boot! EESO sings about the trials and self-doubt that come with the struggle to get a cutie mark before ultimately realizing that his special talent is love. The lyrics are very clever and the track as a whole is dangerously addicting. Love’s My Cutie Mark is an incredibly creative track that will get you dancing and singing along in no time!

SDreamExplorerS’ new album ‘Ephemeral I: Letters and Longings’ is coming out later this month, and this track is the first pre-release from it! It builds up with some interesting atmospheric vibes, before launching into some awesome metal that signals good times to come.

Coming from Rebirth, Midnight Musician delivers an uplifting and yet emotional track about war, with vocal help from his sister, Love Poisoned. The atmospheric and ethereal synth work with the vocal vox/chops to fit the heavy atmosphere of the track, along with the simple drum patterns. The lyrics are also really emotional and philosophical with a simple and emotionless performance, a thing that I love in this type of track. Keep doing this type of tracks Mid! I also want to hear more stuff with your sister! Bom trabalho!
