A 3 minutes track done by our big chill music producer, ertrii! The sampling work of Twilight’s lines is really well done! And the synths are really chilling and amazing, joined with the amazing drums that make this track danceable! Also, those awesome bells for remembering that we are in a special time are also really magical, if you know what I mean! Good job on this one!

Jastrian – A Wintery Evening | Orchestral
Jastrian is back and with a beautiful tribute to the winter season! This pretty piano track uses soft, high notes that move like snow mixed with strong, low tones which round out the sound and bring the sensation of the holidays to your ears. Jastrian orchestrates both a subtly cheerful opening and then builds to a lively middle sections, creating a truly capturing representation of the holiday season.

Scraton’s music is always really interesting, and this tune especially has a lot of little sounds that feel quite fitting to the song’s name. The addition of some vocal elements also adds depth to the tune, and the chilled out composition mixes well with the glitch-y vibes through the track.
FruityFusion – Get Funk’d Horse | Electro-Funk / Glitch Hop
Imaging mix the funk genre with the glitch genre, both focusing on bass and both really awesome, why not experimenting that? Well, FruityFusion did exactly that! A 4-minute groovy and funky track full of fat basses! The swing on it is also amazing and I love how it works! FruityFusion is really a genius in his music, his music is exotic and urban at the same time, it’s both oldie and new, and both aggressive and calm! All this with amazing sampling and amazing drum work! Good job FruityFusion, you made more one reason why you are so great!
Nicolas Dominique – Cuando La Luna Camina En La Noche | Ambient
¡Sí, se habla español aquí! But we mostly stick to English for the writeups. Nic’s working on a new album full of chill goodness, and this is one of the songs that will feature on it. Published just after the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, it works as a counterpart to Le Soleil, which was released at the Summer Solstice. Clever, that.

One Track Mind is back and released an amazing concept album about Moonbutt which is unique and experimental! Ranging from Ambient to Drumstep, One Track Mind delivered a delicious range of textures and sounds, full of awesome tracks, my favourites being _Null, Solitude, All Quiet In The Equestrian Front, Dream Invasion, and Memories of You. Full of wild synths and some wubby basses, One Track Mind is going to delight you with Lunar Dreams, you will love it! Keep up the good work One Track Mind! This album was really good!

Jalmaan’s release onto ASoS’s new album Candy is a lovely, smooth piece of house. It’s bouncy, danceable, and all-around spectacular. Candy in general is really good, definitely go give it a listen.
DJ Shadow Music – White Clouds | Progressive House
I feel like Makenshi should be writing this post, since this song is dedicated to him, but of course, he’s left a comment on it with his own thoughts! 😉 And as he says in his comment, the upbeat nature of the song and the melodies are a brilliant reflection of Makenshi’s personality and what he strives to be to other people.
Tripon – Chrysalis | Drum & Bass
Another upload from Tripon’s masterpiece Villains EP, this one does an outstanding job at reflecting Chrysalis’ traits as the (now former) queen of the changelings. Sick sound design is creating a unique musical setting where you can just picture yourself following Chrysalis in her bug-like movements inside the changeling hive. The very bug-like percs throughout the track are certainly helping that, while the deep bassline is giving that impression of depth from the hive’s tunnels! Big tune, just like the others from the EP! Definitely a must-have!
