So everypony today we’re back with Faulty and 4EverfreeBrony and another amazing track from “Eclipse“. This one is all about Twilight and the life that has been taken from her as she became an immortal alicorn. The track starts out with a progressive House beat by Faulty giving it a nice intro instead of immediately throwing lyrics at us. But when 4EB’s amazing voice joins in, you’re immediately grasped by the lyrics, which talk all about Twilight wanting to be part of mainstream life again and not just sitting on a throne in Canterlot trying to be as good a leader as she can. For the end we again get to hear only the beat.

StealingShad3z – Cross State Letters | Acoustic Pop
So everypony today we’ve got a song that had me honestly up for days trying to think of a way to write about it. In conclusion: I can’t really do this song justice, so you should definitely listen to it yourself. The song is a love letter to Shad3z’ girlfriend, and the combination of acoustic pop and the sweet and lovely lyrics make for a romantic combination that has yet to be topped. Shad3z acknowledges how difficult life can be when it seems like the world is burning and society is collapsing, but having a special somepony can help you keep perspective and realize that it is all temporary. Over all those clouds is a rainbow, and together you’ll make it through.

[P@D] John Kenza – Remember | Progressive Trance
So, everypony, for our next “Eclipse” track we’ve got John Kenza’s “Remember”–5 minutes of purely awesome Progressive Trance. The song gives off this video game-y vibe that immediately reminded me of the amazing times I have had with my friends playing all kinds of games, so I would say that if creating a sense of nostalgia is the goal then this song accomplishes that right out of the gate. But enough of me just rambling on–let’s get to this beauty of a track. The song, as I mentioned before, starts out on a video game-y beat and melody with an understated backing melody creating a little extra atmosphere until, without warning, it gets even more awesome by launching into a high energy, all-out beat. Then, suddenly, the music fades out. Surprise! A wild piano solo appears! I have seen piano solos used in the middle of EDM tracks more and more over time, and it is an amazing addition! After the piano plays its last note a beat begins that’s similar to the one before, and it really puts the progression into Progressive Trance. After that we get a buildup where you can actually hear the first notes of a new, third beat, and sweet Celestia the third one goes all out! It’s happy and upbeat, it has a melody that fits perfectly to the synth, and the drum loop is catchy as well. The outro with a ticking clock signals that you have reached the end of an amazing journey through your memories. I highly enjoyed the trip myself, and I hope that you will enjoy your own journey as you listen to this song!
As always thanks to thecanderson for making sure my writing actually makes sense!
[P@D] Totalspark and Tw3lv3 – Orbit | Liquid Drum and Bass
Today, everypony, we’ve got ourselves some lovely DnB tunes by Totalspark and Tw3lv3 straight from Ponies at Dawn’s newest album “Eclipse”. The track starts out with a muffled beat and a beeping timer counting down to the song, which fully embraces the beat after some lovely singing. The main theme is a faster DnB beat that really can’t be described other than saying it’s absolutely awesome. After the beat fades out we get some more lovely singing, and you can very slowly but surely hear the beat building up for the drop again. Another round of vocals then transitions the song back to the faster beat. But wait, there’s more! Rather than simply fading out, the song concludes with a lovely bit of piano that is at once calm, atmospheric, and gripping.

Daniel Ingram – The Spectacle (feat. Lena Hall) (Ferality Bootleg Remix) | Electro House
Today we’ve got something very special, Everypony! Ferality Bootleg brings us this explosion of multiple genres thrown together, and it sounds amazing! The song mostly is a mix of Electro House, Complextro and Bass House with loads of other things sprinkled in making for a unique and awesome experience. The song starts out with a remixed and seemingly darker version of the original beat until the Countess herself blesses us with the amazing vocals for this song. Especially in the refrain you can hear the changes made to the beat which are done so well they sound like they were part of the original, which is something very difficult to pull off, but Ferality nails it. Then as we reach the apex of the build up the drop happens engulfing you completely in a seemingly new beat that fits perfectly into the track and will have you bobbing your head along. Coloratura then joins in again and makes this awesome drop even better! The song then settles into a calmer beat which it maintains until the end.

Tw3Lv3 – One Small Thing (feat. Drummershy, Koa & MC-Arch) (Nicolas Dominique Remix) | Trance
So, everypony, today we have a remix of what might be the best “ASOS: Chocolate” track, “One Small Thing”, and who better to remix an already great song into something that may be even greater than Nicolas Dominique? The song starts out with Koa’s amazing vocals muffled behind a calming beat, and the vocals get louder and clearer as the beat builds up. Then the vocals stop and we are able to fully appreciate the awesomeness of the beat before Koa’s voice comes back in and the beat takes a back seat and becomes more drum heavy to support the lyrics. The beat then takes over once more showing how well it stands on its own. As the chorus sets in the beat ramps up to awesomeness levels way beyond 20% cooler, and as the song builds up to Arch’s rap the beat stands on its own supported by a loop of Koa’s amazing singing. As Arch starts rapping the beat again becomes more drum heavy to support the expertly delivered lyrics, and it stays that way as Koa takes over once more. The song ends on a slightly different version of the beat for a worthy send off.

[P@D] Wandering Artist – Nocturne | Orchestral
Today we’ve got ourselves another calm song, this time by Wandering Artist. The song is a beautiful piece inspired by romantic music. It has a great progression but stays calm all the way through making it the perfect song for lying down and closing your eyes for a second. It’s easy to imagine yourself relaxing in the Golden Oak Library after an exhausting day and drifting off to sleep to the sound of rustling leaves.

Ardhy Mahardhy – Together Until The End | Melodic Dubstep
So, everypony, today we come back to Ardhy Mahardhy (whose music you might have seen on here before) with a lovely Melodic Dubstep track inspired by “The Ending of the End Part 2”. This six minute track is sure to mesmerize you with its lovely synth and sudden in-between string verses. The track starts out with some beautiful piano followed by some exquisite strings which push the piano more into the background until you get a small buildup and the amazing synths set in to really give this thing the Dubstep feel. The synths get a buildup of their very own into the actual drop. The drop adds more synths and creates a really Melodic aura which makes the song even better. After that we get a second verse where the strings take over again and give this track a vibrant, lively feeling before the synths take the lead once more. Then we quickly return to the drop for a worthy end to this six minute masterpiece.

Ocean Melody – Autumn Falls | Orchestral
We all know the feeling of getting done with a hard day of work or school and just wanting to lie down for a while, close our eyes, and let all the stress flow away. This song from Ocean Melody is perfectly suited for that. The five minute track is simple and straightforward, exactly what you want from a chillout track, but its simplicity doesn’t make it boring. It changes throughout with new instruments being introduced while others get taken out which gives the piece a lively feeling. The mellow-but-engaging result is a very difficult target to hit but Melody does it perfectly! And now please enjoy this lovely track.

Blackened Blue – All You Need | Metal
So, everypony, have you ever wondered what would happen if Potion Nova wasn’t this happy character but much darker? That is exactly what Blackened Blue touched on with his newest song “All You Need”, but let’s cut down on the rambling and get straight to it!
The track starts out with a guitar riff so amazing that it blew me off my chair on my first listen through. It’s quickly followed by the amazing lyrics from Blackened all about the real intent of Potion Nova: being a drug dealer and telling an apparent addict in her home that they will never be able to escape the addiction and that this is all they need, which drove a chill down my spine. As the hook returns, Nova tells the addict that there is no escaping from her. Then Blackened surprises us with some more amazing lyrics, screaming vocals, and a guitar solo so awesome that after twenty listens through I’m still struggling to describe it properly. And for the end we once more get the amazing chorus.
