Another compilation makes its way into the fandom in the form of The Rest of Our Lives, a tribute to the show and fandom. The album contains 13 diverse tracks from various musicians across various genres such as Tw3Lv3, Replacer, Ditherer and Evdog just to name a few. The opening track, Remembering (Origin & Depth) by Space Horse Manifesto is an atmospheric rock song that stretches across 7 minutes and goes from being a spacey, ambient rock piece to having full-on funky electronic pop influences halfway through. The very next track is River of Dismay, Tw3Lv3’s first of four appearances on the album and an emotional drum n’ bass track that utilizes a piano to create beautiful soundscapes, making it one of the album’s highlights. Stand-out tracks are the previously mentioned Remembering and River of Dismay, loophoof and Tw3Lv3’s remix of the SoGreatandPowerful classic On My Own, Evdog‘s Through the Veil, an uplifting rock track with soaring vocals and lyrics with references to the show and its characters, and Freewave‘s Twilight Sleeps Loudly, an ambient piece that feels like the soundtrack to Twilight taking a much deserved rest after earning her title as the ruler of Equestria. Overall, this compilation serves as a lovely sendoff to the show and while it’s not as diverse or prolific as fellow compilations Ponies At Dawn or VibePoniez, there’s enough unique songs that anyone can find enjoyment in. All donations made towards the album will be put towards the Brony Thank You Fund, a charity which is currently providing supplies to mask makers during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Drummershy – Everfree Flower | Synth Rock
Drummershy is someone that needs zero introduction in this fandom. Drumming is his game. He has however bought something new to the table. With Everfree Flower, Drummershy brings the skill of his drums with a lesser known talent of his, Electronic Music. Synthesizing a mesmerizing rhythm to a theme of the mystery of the Everfree Forest. The pulsing effects of the beats create a feeling of a tension filled atmosphere. Mixing in some mysterious vocal chops for more effect. The track breaks into a full on gallop of pace with the combo of his rhythmic drumming. It feels like you are running through the forest looking for Zecora hut in desperation. He has a degree as an Audio Engineer. He utilizes the skill for his first ever original track of music. This fandom wants some new flavor that is dynamic. Drummershy is happy to bring it for this unique experimental piece of music. Something I’m pretty sure he can run with, and keep being more creative with this combo of percussions and electronic music. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

FilledSilhoutte totally aced this much nostalgic genre, sampling classic songs of old and crafting this whole album of pure bliss taking you straight to the Funk/Disco era when nothing else mattered than getting down saturday night at the Malibu club. Always with the most tasteful influences, Tripon crafted new layers of dark atmospheres and musical bliss with his contribution to P@D Ignite! Displaying dedication not just with the music but with the cover art drawn by himself too, our beloved master of dark DnB also explored new musical ideas making this experience unique, such as the sudden organ that definitely hits me in my weakness! PSFMer – Headquarters | Techno
Immersing us in Ponyville’s own Club Party Pony Palace, PSFMer did wonderful with this Techno piece that is released along an artwork ponifying a local venue. It’s so easy to imagine yourself dancing with the ponies while listening to this, and it’s definitely a new token of PSFMer’s talent as a musician!

People still make music about Pony.mov? Yes yes they do! Sprinkle in some vocal chops, this remix is given a fresh makeover with some jumping Electro House flavor. Imagine Equestria being ruled by a party crazy Alicorn Berry Punch and you will get the theme of this remix by Dandelion. All the Pony.mov pinkie themes are still in the lyrics. What’s better is that there is a much smoother sounding track. Including some old school DJ scrubbing mixed in and the party energy beat amped up. Dandelion seems to know how to control the tempo of that energy to make this track shift from high to hyper beats. It’s a funny and suggestive track that I’m sure you will be dancing around with your plushy. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.
[VibePoniez] Altius Volantis – Rooftops Were Her Home | Chillout
Another Skyscrapers LP track, and high up on a certain skyscraper is Cyan Chaser, a mare who wanders about on the rooftops, where she feels safe and secure. This song is written about her, and features all those chill vibes. While mostly consisting of just synths and strings, the song gives off a carefree feeling with how peppy and cheerful the overall sound is. Songs inspired by OCs are a treat, and I sure can’t wait to hear more about Cyan!
One Track Mind – Rainbow Dash Had One Too Many Ciders | Chiptune / Synthwave
I so love it when spontaneous ideas turn into something amazing, and here One Track Mind put that thought explained in the description in musical form and actually made that little story happen with the help of Dashie vocal samples! The instrumental is so creative and mind-blowing over the course of its progression in pure One Track Mind style, and this fun little treat is very appreciated!
Zephysonas – Expedition | Chillout / Ambient
Zephysonas has often very sweet and cuddly intentions behind his tracks and this latest composition is definitely a fine example of that. Calling for the listener to relax and escape from life’s hardships with help of the soothing Ambient synths, it also gives you strength to face the day and that is very appreciated!
[P@D] Camelia – Eastern Power | Electro
Making their debut on Ponies at Dawn: Ignite with Eastern Power is Camelia, an electronic musician from China. This song features plenty of bouncy drums and optimistic synths along with some wholesome Pinkie Pie samples, even including some chiptune synths at one point! One thing about P@D is that you normally get to see some completely new faces next to some bangers, and this is no exception!
