Daniel Ingram – The Magic Inside (MirroredReality Remix) | House
MirroredReality really came up with something interesting here as this remix starts off with an encapsulating synth riff. The track focuses more on the synth composition and a very room-y feel for the song with the sped-up and re-pitched vocals from the original song as a bonus instead of the main course. The drop is fun and sticks to Daniel’s vision with Mirrored’s own twist to make it more fun!
JP Hyper – The Runekeepers (EDM Mix) | Techno
JP Hyper remixed an epic orchestral collab with N4ghtwolf that served as the theme of JP Hyper’s fanfiction Starlight and the Runekeepers (German original version here, ongoing English translation here). Using similar melodies, JP Hyper switched up the genre drastically, but kept many of the orchestral elements that made the original epic. Choirs and strings take turns with buzzing synths and an entrancing kick making for an enthralling experience.
MrMehster & Tw3Lv3 – Work In Progress (Power Note Remix) | Breaks/Electro House
Power Note has joined the fun with their remix of Work In Progress! The fun and catchy melody gets a new twist with break beats and a nice array of 80s style sound design. It brings a different emotion to the raw energy of the original and is a nice addition to the the plethora of remixes you can find over at the official remix compilation album!
Sia – Rainbow (RedSpark Remix) | Hybrid Orchestral
Building upon the strengths of the original, RedSpark brings his own style, blending house and orchestral as always, with influences from pop and reggaeton in this summer hit-like remix of Sia’s Rainbow. Two main sections are tied with beautiful bowed strings and at times, an elegant piano plays the catchy melodies of the vocals. The work with the tresillo rhythm and its variations throughout the song is also a nice touch.
Silva Hound & GrazySmash – Ponies In Flames (feat. Forest Rain) [Dropper Vampire Bootleg] – Big Room House

A remix of this already? If you read everything I said about the original, all of that still applies. Dropper, however, changes the complexity of this song by amping up the intensity. It’s a big fight confrontation, and feels like walking out in front of a hundred thousand ponies to fight for a big prize. The melodies are big and powerful, and it sets you into a mood that makes you feel as if something is about to go down between foes. You will be out of your seat, jumping to how raucous this is The more intense melody and the bass makes Forest Rain’s lyrics about confrontation even more serious. You be the judge. This Qilin highly recommends this one if you want to get into that big fight feel!
TCB – Integrity VIP, YONA GONNA, GLOOM & BLOOM, Death in The Afternoon VIP | Multi-Genre
TCB has been quite active recently and submitted songs to most of the labels in the fandom. He uploaded four of them in the form of the present mix and all the links to the albums and the entire tracks are in the video description. Uniqueness is a defining trait of TCB’s music, every time bringing fresh and original ideas to the table. With insane sound design, the use of a wide range of orchestral instruments and ingenious work with vocals, TCB builds a universe of sounds from the ground up with each new release of his. Integrity VIP is a variation of a track from the Keys & Cuts EP using vocals from The Magic Inside. YONA GONNA has input from Loophoof and hits very hard, even if it has emotional moments nonetheless. GLOOM & BLOOM uses the lullaby from Bloom & Gloom, aims to target the feels and succeeds. Death in The Afternoon VIP is a new take on the track from the album The Closet Anthology that unfortunately went a bit under the radar so it is nice to see it getting some more love. It still features Ditherer but gives a more central role to the instrumental which doesn’t only serve as a backbeat to support her rapping anymore. As a last note TCB’s set at BronyBashOnline includes exclusive yet-to-be-released VIPs and Remixes, it would be a shame to miss them.
Agents of Discord & Reverbrony – Chimera (RIEL Remix) | Complextro
Now this is an interesting one. RIEL has taken Agent of Discord’s and Reverbrony’s song ‘Chimera’ and flipped it on its head! A more in your face, foreboding spectacle of gritty synthesis melds nicely with the original melodies. A lot of switch ups in the rhythm plus a pulsing bassline and ominous atmosphere really sells this as a unique take on the original and I couldn’t be happier for it!
LaunchSix – On Top | Electro House
A song about friends, parties, night clubs, bat ponies, and drinks? This hoof-stomping track is full of heavy duty, party-inducing bass and grind-like melodies, with some pretty slick usage of a keyboard for the more uplifting flavor. Plus some hard faceplaning drum beats to get those hooves moving. The setting and lyrics in this track tell the story of what Launch and his friends like to do during a night on the town. It gets quite insane! His friends are Cynifree, Chasing Dawn and Sailor. The concept and composition were inspired by the nonsense these four get themselves into during voice chats. It is such a blaster. Enjoy the Electro House goodness! As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself!

Snow Swirl is on a roll with show song remixes made with love, and this time it’s the already emotional The Magic Inside from Rara that gets the special treatment! The “live” aspect of the song is represented further here by creative integration of the audience, and Lena Hall’s gorgeous vocals get sublimated anew by the starry DnB arrangement!
