So more Ponies At Dawn for ya! Absolutely incinerating of a track to open the entire album. This track features the enticing vocals of Koa that are heart pounding, combined with Faulty’s exciting energy to fuel those romantic energies with such exciting melodies and riffs. Such a fitting track to open P@D: Ignite. I really don’t have to say much more other than this is a perfect track for all you love birds out there in the fandom. A rejected submission from the upcoming ASOS Chocolate, Enshrine is now gracing YouTube early to our greatest delight, and we can appreciate Ponytronic’s intriguing musical journey into the woods near the lands of the kirins… As always the progression is an experience to behold, and it’s quite creative with use of vocal chops too!

Chang31ing dug again Lung Buster from the timeless Balloon Party album, and made it his own with this hard-hitting remix full of blissful dark vibes, including the pony vocal sample from the original! Louder!
CAPT – Sugarcube Corners | Happy Hardcore
CAPT released a 2-tracks EP themed around Pony Life and displaying Pinkie’s energy so well! No potions were used in the making of these tracks! This may actually be the second and third original fan songs made about Pony Life, following PrinceWhateverer’s! This is definitely very appreciated! Whirlwind is not just a drummer in this fandom, oh no, my fellow bronies. He is quite the musical storyteller. It takes special talent to take real dreams and translate them into relatable music. His debut album tells a story of his OC seeing Equestria. It’s amazing to me how much MLP:FiM means so much to people, and how dreams like this can translate into music such as this. The elements in use are there, creative uses of ambient, electronia, IDM. even a bit of drone, D&B and even glitch-hop. These all bring out the experience of so many ups and downs, drama-filled excitement or moments of peaceful bliss. Whirlwind alone should be commended in the creative experimentation of electronic music that he’s trying to break into, but enough of me talking… Let’s have a listen.

Yes, it’s one more of these, and oh! It’s a wild Whirly Tail! This remix is the literal definition of low to high octane. This gorgeous keyboard melody of the original bass line is so rich as it starts off this track courtesy of Venetin! Do you remember the original slammed you hard? WELL! Just let Whirly Tail’s controlled insanity and genius throw you into the wall! You are launched into an adventure, with some amazing hyper wubbly sinthetics and riffs. That keyboard is then combined with some heart-pounding bass and positively charged riffs that only Whirly’s happy hardcore obliges your presence with! These two then top this sundae off with an awesome electronic solo that is so emotional and exciting, and Whirly’s love for rock and roll speaks right there! If you left happy, Whirly and Venetin’s combined insanity and creativity has done its job! As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.
Seventh Element – Equestria VHS | Album | Synthwave
The Sovreign of Synthwave returns with a 15-track album full of 80s sound-inspired pony goodness! Seventh Element has always specialized in out-of-the-box sound design and style as evidenced by Equestria VHS. The songs on this album are based on the ponification of different 80s movies and references to phenomena of the time (usually centered around VHS tapes). Several sound bits are laced throughout to really help set the tone, like the clips of video tapes being inserted into VCRs, and rewind machines getting used.

MrMehster & Tw3Lv3 – Work In Progress (BeatSpark Remix) | Dubstep
Track 4 from the WIP Remix EP is BeatSpark’s bouncy take on the MrMehster and Tw3Lv3 track! After a speedy and peppy intro, we’re treated to a phone conversation in front of a drop before launching into a powerful dubstep section that gradually picks up in speed. My favourite part personally is the little break before the end where the synths are muffled-sounding before becoming clear once again, keeping its heavenly sound. BeatSpark deserves more recognition!
[Equinity] LaunchSix – Death Grip | Dubstep
Both the title track of Death Grip EP and one of the features of the upcoming compilation album Equinity 03 Breach, this hard-hitting banger from LaunchSix is not just blowing us away with mad wubs, it also depicts the death grip that Celestia and Luna’s evil alter egos are having over them, as explained in the description!
