A dream pairing for talents that have one particular thing about them, they share in common. “Versatility,” How else can track about Princess Skystar and the Seaponies desire to once again come out of hiding and fear sound sooo smooth! To see the sunset, the mountains, and beauties of Equestria again, without the fear of the Storm King. We first have Tw3Lv3, who is a little over two short years has become one of the most versatile and dynamic music producers in the whole fandom, Able to blend styles and genres like their peas and carrots and make it sound easy. It is no wonder she has become so renowned within the music community! Then there is 4everfreebrony. The music man can adapt his musical skills to anyone’s style and kill it with his voice or talent playing the guitar every time!

This song is such a splendid example of what these two can do. Tw3lv3 composes a stunning hybrid of blues and lo-fi with soft melodies and chimes that feed into the soul of the sea ponies’ message with a sprinkle of violin for taste! Bringing something new to the table is 4everfreebrony, who lends his voice to this beat as someone who knows that lo-fi is not his cup of tea. You would not guess that listening to him sing with this ultra-smooth blues style makes you smile at how much swagger you hear. Plus that blues guitar. It makes you close your eyes and feel so delightful and light. This track seems to be fate to show how to skill the two of them have in adapting their talents. It’s a dream match that has been worth the wait! Way to go, both of you, for this treat of a song!

Ohh man, If you have not listened to Tw3Lv3’s remix album of musicians remixing or covering one of the best songs in the fandom of 2020, you need to click here!

Blackened like he always does, gives a cover or remix of a song, his unique touch. Tw3Lv3’s melodies are now fully covered with some hardcore guitar seasoning with just a tad bit of gentleness with the soft and sweet guitar chords with some buildup in the choirs the song. The work Blackened does with his guitar work is perfect with keeping the pureness of the mood right down to the fun and hoppy riffs he does to back MC-Arch‘s rhymes. It’s pretty interesting seeing his range of skill with the cords and notes he composes here! Oh, but his voice, that Nu Metal vibe the haunts every one of his tracks, pairing that with Koa‘s rich and inspiring vocals, will put a smile on your face, and it just fits! Blackened Blue, I’ve noticed, has been improving his creative music-making, making each song his sound and style, and you got to give him some credit for how well this cover came out! The Combine – Stand Alone (feat. Feather & Rhyme Flow) | Hip-Hop

What does this fandom, the friends that you make while you are a part of it, the things that you create while you are here mean to you, and the growth that you make personally, and how much of it will you take with you if you leave? Whatever your answers are to those complicated questions, the creators of this song understand your point of view and actions. These topics are explored at first through the metaphor of Luna’s banishment to the moon and later more directly, and it serves as a heartfelt call for introspection and support for all existing and former fandom members. The Combine has packaged this message wonderfully into a song that is, both in terms of the chorus and the overall song structure, reminiscent of Eminem’s song “Stan”, with Rhyme Flow providing a heartfelt appeal by Luna to Celestia regarding her banishment to the moon which morphs into a message to remaining community members and to those who have left the fandom imploring that they value their time and experiences here. Feather (original channel/more recent channel), who has herself moved on from the fandom, provides the beautiful chorus vocals for Luna. It’s all packaged in this great lyric video that shows Luna trapped on the moon with a view of the World. Please give this song a listen, give the message your consideration, and remember that you are loved and valued no matter what your answers to these questions are!

Sound Bandit x Chuckles – Hype Music | Hip-Hop

Have you gotten caught up in the G5 hype yet? There has been a flurry of art and music inspired by the small bit of animation and art that has found its way out of Hasbro HQ, and DustCar Race 17 focused on G5 as inspiration for its participants’ tunes. Sound Bandit (rocking the sick beats) and Chuckles (providing the slick lyrics) teamed up to make this fantastic track that discusses the perils of getting excited about an unreleased film for which fans have few specifics. The creative drive of the fandom has started to generate its own theories, weave its own stories, and push an uncertain narrative at a rapid pace. Will we be satisfied with what is ultimately released? The duo suggests that it doesn’t matter and that, in the absence of concrete information, the whims of the movie’s creators are irrelevant. There is a compelling argument here to get caught up in the hype if you’re ready and willing. It’s not House music, but I hope that you’ll enjoy it all the same!

[VibePoniez] BlueBrony – Darling | Lo-Fi

Oh man oh, if you haven’t listened to VibePoniez: Overcast…dudes and ladies (especially those of you who are Rarity fans), you are missing out on a track that is frankly the definition of really good Lo-fi hip hop. It’s so beautiful, darling! This track has this sick and stylish boom and bap to it, but this is Rarity we are talking about, and the song channels the energy of her favorite stylish sleuth “Shadow Spade!” Oh baby, does this song just throw down the style big time! We have Rarity’s vocal chops mixed into this melody that’s composed of fabulous violin melodies and these sparkling gems and chimes that bring more flair to the track. The lo-fi itself even fits into rarity’s detective role. Classic noir is stylish but dark and dirty, and you can’t be scared to get your perfectly manicured hooves dirty in the face of ponies being shifty and dishonest! Everything about this track is such an outstanding representation of Rarity’s character and it’s one of highlights of the album. I have to tell you, you feel like you are there with the gorgeous mare sipping on some red wine and enjoying listening to her tell you about her many cases! Make no mistake, Rarity is a classy and powerful lady that we bronies know can handle herself. This track sure delivers that message in a way only Rarity can. BlueBrony, thank you for making such a great tribute to Rarity! As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself, but this track is the essence of elegance. Believe that, darling.
