Now this is something I don’t see too often. A power metal cover of two Italian openings from different generations of My Little Pony. This is a fun one with a strong leading flute and pretty nice riffs that also lean on some orchestral and pop-like elements. I never thought this is something I would need but I’m glad this had crossed my path now. Excellent work BinExis!
Remix
Koa – Broken Wings (PonyFireStone Remix) | Dubstep
PonyFireStone has returned to the pony music scene with this brilliant remix of Koa‘s Broken Wings, their first MLP related track in 3 years. This track starts out with intense dark ambient synths before slowly kicking into the meat and potatoes of the song; Koa’s amazing voice alongside a newer and heavier instrumental with elements of drum n’ bass and dubstep. The colours give us life, and so does this song!
Dijit – Peppermint (feat. Puffy) (DeaDmau6 Remix) | Future Bass
Quite an emotional remix of Dijit‘s original track, this new musical endeavor by DeaDmau6 is giving a new spin to the original vocal chops with this slower play, and provides a new instrumental accompaniment that empowers the emotion gotten from the chops with a powerful deep bass and ambient melodies. That makes for such a creative contrast and dynamic with the vocals, and sparks a certain magic that I couldn’t explain with words.
UndreamedPanic – Stratosphere VIP (feat. Metajoker) | Progressive House
Remember this one? Well, it’s back, and this time with a brand new coat of paint with a little help from Metajoker. While it contains all the familiar elements from the original such as the bouncy house melodies and MLP vocal chops, it also adds new vocals and lyrics from Metajoker that suit the music perfectly. Amazing work from this duo!
loophoof – We Will (ROKII Remix) | Future Bass
(You can listen to LoopHoof’s classic here)
LoopHoof’s original tune is true to the term “High energy” Its full of fun vocal chops and a D&B beat that is addictive to dance too. There really nothing more to say as it speaks for itself, This remix by ROKii however. It’s special in its own way. ROKii extends the song to over 7 minutes long of amazing transitions of Loophoof’s classic. Each time it changes.s its a different melody that displays different styles of how the sound of the song can be done in. The catch is that it’s done so smoothly by keeping at the how the original sounds The nice vocal chops are spread out throughout the track. It sounds so epic with each switch. The song has this epic but relaxing feel to it. This is something I would listen too if I needed a pick me up. I put this up there with some of my favorite remixes I’ve heard so far since joining Horse Music Herald.
William Anderson – Fixing the Festival (Songbird Choir Remix) | Alternate Electronic
Remixes of BGM tracks from the show are always so appreciated! And I sure hoped that somepony would remix that certain BGM Fixing the Festival from S09E17 The Summer Sun Setback, that I sure noticed while watching the episode and that I loved so much! Songbird Choir does us the honors of a progressive remix covering the mane melody on piano, and adding lots of electronic elements to the soundscape, providing such a welcome extended version! Thank you William for this amazing BGM, and Songbird for this wonderful remix!
Silva Hound & StrachAttack – Punk Rocks (feat. Namii) [Chang31ng Edit] | Electro House / Progressive House
This banger from Ponies at Dawn: Skyward is back, except with a newer coat of paint. A good chunk of the song is essentially the same as the original track, although this version is cut in half and includes a couple of new drops with the familiar Chang31ing flair. If you’re familiar with the original track, this should be a new experience.
Likonan – The MLP 2019 Re-remixes EP | Album | Electronica
It’s always nice when an old name in the fandom comes back. For those of you who don’t know, Likonan is a music producer who got his start in 2011 when the brony fandom was still in its infancy. His music primarily focused on MLP between 2011 and 2013. After being in the shadows for so long, he’s finally come back with an album full of remastered electronic remixes of popular MLP fan tunes from artists such as WoodenToaster and NotACleverPony! Two of the biggest stand-out tracks are the revamped version of his interpretation of For The New Lunar Replublic and a brand new remix of A Kirin Tale to close out the album. The Kirin Tale remix in particular is a beautifully crafted and fast-paced Eurobeat remix, chosen as the last and freshest track to send off the album as well as the show. FTNLR 2019 is a newer interpretation of the NotACleverPony classic in a drum n’ bass style, giving a fresh take on the old number. Overall, this is a pretty solid collection of remixes and originals, and a great tribute to the show. As if that wasn’t enough, he’s also made an emotional 6-part video series chronicling his time with the brony fandom with each song. Likonan is very much welcome back in the herd with should he choose to come back fully!
Daniel Ingram – Best Friends Until the End of Time (NeverLastStanding & Paloris Remix) | Electro House

Featuring some lush chords and some amazing vocal chops, we definitely get the best of both worlds from Paloris and NeverLastStanding. This is a wonderful reimagining of the song from the show and it will brighten up your day and put a smile on your face for sure. So what are you waiting for? Dive on in!
Yelling at Cats – What Went Wrong (Chang31ing Remix) | Trap
Chang31ing keeps the remixes of some awesome classics rolling with an amazing trap remix of Yelling at Cats’ What Went Wrong. A super deep bassline and some really good but minimal drums makes this song a banger that you have to listen to. I love the little lead thing in the drop section, it brings the whole feeling together and makes this an enjoyable song.
