Leave it to Skron, an up and coming producer to make a track with a dreamy and reflecting theme to it. A track that goes into the mind of our newly crowned bookhorse. The melodies effectively make you feel this as the song is right out of the show. It’s right in touch on how twilight would be talking, feeling about being the new ruler of equestria. There are some lovely transitions and drops that take the emotion from, uncertainty to courage, power and overcoming the odds. Skron vocals really drive you into her mind and her sense of wonder. If there was ever a way, really to use Twilight’s character growth over 9 seasons. Skron I’ll say, has done so in this package of bliss and celebration for track 42 on P@D: Ignite. [P@D] Faulty – Rise Up (feat. StealingShad3z & Doodled) | Big Room House
Attention Changeling fans. Looking for a track that has sweet vocals, battle anthem rhymes and the rumbling melody of a Changeling oncoming? This is track 44 of P@D: Ignite Rise up. Faulty comes in once again with pulsing flow. A sound and rhythm that spells a message of “we are coming, better and stronger”. By hearing this. you feel the changelings coming, marching, buzzing, attacking. It’s a surefire beat to move to for sure. StealingShad3z lends his voice while letting you hear that message. Shad3z’s sweet sounding voice speaks these lyrics as an anthem to their opponents, daring them to stop them. Then there is Doodled Pony. The man with such an eccentric style of blasting those out words. The voice of Chrissy is told in Doodles voice with the order to attack and the message that comes with it, even some voice modification there for Changling vibes! Its a another good one on P@D. Drummershy – Everfree Flower | Synth Rock
Drummershy is someone that needs zero introduction in this fandom. Drumming is his game. He has however bought something new to the table. With Everfree Flower, Drummershy brings the skill of his drums with a lesser known talent of his, Electronic Music. Synthesizing a mesmerizing rhythm to a theme of the mystery of the Everfree Forest. The pulsing effects of the beats create a feeling of a tension filled atmosphere. Mixing in some mysterious vocal chops for more effect. The track breaks into a full on gallop of pace with the combo of his rhythmic drumming. It feels like you are running through the forest looking for Zecora hut in desperation. He has a degree as an Audio Engineer. He utilizes the skill for his first ever original track of music. This fandom wants some new flavor that is dynamic. Drummershy is happy to bring it for this unique experimental piece of music. Something I’m pretty sure he can run with, and keep being more creative with this combo of percussions and electronic music. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

There’s a charm to every style of vocals in music. This cover of 4everfreebrony’s Chant of Selflessness by Ardeleiz. Exhibits the art of medieval era style vocals, that really bring out the feeling of Rarity’s character. The song is pretty and charming with lovely acoustic guitar melodies with a flow that is just so pleasant to listen to. The cover itself speaks so well of Rarities character, A lovely woman with goddess beauty and grace. A willingness to give to those around her to simply make those around her happy. [P@D] Idyllia – Mare Cognitum (feat. Velvet R. Wings) | Symphonic Metal
Ever wonder what the sounds of Princess Luna’s dream duties are like? This may be a good indication. The sounds of hard and swift guitars. Quick as night drums in the sounds of nightmares. Serene cords and brass of an orchestra for more pleasant and bliss dreams. The sound of a singing Alicorn princess coming to aid you in your troubles.
The Mare Cognitum, could not be a better name for a song about the Lunar Princess. The sound of mythical heavy metal with blissful vocals that sound from the realm of dreams. That is track 57 on P@D Ignite. Newcomer Idyllia seems to know the power of Symphonic Metal. The layering of how the composition flows, seems to tell different parts of Luna’s dream duties. Intense yet phantasmal metal. Flowing into this mythical score of orchestral. Luna does have a voice and it belongs to one Velvet R. Wings as she sermonizes the sound of Luna spreading peace into your mind, fighting the horrors of your nightmares. One of the better Princess Luna songs I’ve heard recently and another fine track for this album. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.
Flutter Bully – Party Problems (Dandelion Remix) | Electro House

People still make music about Pony.mov? Yes yes they do! Sprinkle in some vocal chops, this remix is given a fresh makeover with some jumping Electro House flavor. Imagine Equestria being ruled by a party crazy Alicorn Berry Punch and you will get the theme of this remix by Dandelion. All the Pony.mov pinkie themes are still in the lyrics. What’s better is that there is a much smoother sounding track. Including some old school DJ scrubbing mixed in and the party energy beat amped up. Dandelion seems to know how to control the tempo of that energy to make this track shift from high to hyper beats. It’s a funny and suggestive track that I’m sure you will be dancing around with your plushy. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

Woooo Hoooo, how about a slight break from my streak of Ponies at Dawn tracks to bring you this fully loaded of a zinger track of a banger from ASOS: Brownie. I’m not alone, I came with my buddy Whirly Tail to do something on his turf. Shrapnel is a such a hard and harsh track. As soon as you start this track, it’s go time. The fight is coming as you feel like you’re about enter a battle. The melody sets that mood until that first drop. The effects of police sirens with harsh and grungy mixing of beats and tones, really gives the sense of a war zone going on, and I really like the how the mixing creates unique elements that sound like a battle is going down. Fans of Fallout Equestra’s own BlackJack will find the song super enjoyable as it based off LaunchSix’s love for the character. But as I said, I did not come alone to this warzone, Whirly Tail! all yours my friend.
Whirly Tail: Thanks, Drake! Oh my GOSH does this track go off!! The intro just gets you primed, moving along to the beat, head bobbin’ away, and BAM, THOSE BASSES JUST TEAR YOU APART!! [P@D] Silva Hound & GrazySmash feat. Forest Rain – Ponies In Flames | Electro House
Brony DJ producer, and legend Silva Hound is once again back for P@D: Ignite with a heart-breaker of a track!. At 34. On the album, Silva brings the pain with the help of one Grazy Smash. A track about the hardship of friends losing each other. Becoming the worst of enemies. Or lovers clashing over the others actions. Forest Rain brings the emotion of pain with her voice that will give you 3rd degree burns at how hot and painful these lyrics are. The beat by both Silva and Grazy really adds to the adversity of the message. Its adds a lot of confusion and anger to how the melody flows, but the mood really changes once Forest starts to sing. The emotion building of the anger of the track to were the anxiety builds until it’s blows up with some emotional bass drops. The track does a pretty good job with the intensity of the meaning without going really crazy. Fine work by the three of them, and a banger to move too. It kinda has that 80’s techno theme with all the neon lights in the presentation . But you be the judge, as this Qilin will ask you always.
[P@D] Foozogz & 4EverfreeBrony – Fire Of Friendship (feat. Mei) | Electro Pop
Track 31, of P@D: Ignite is another series finale inspired gem I tell ya. This song’s message is quite simple. Friendship, Special ones can change everything. It opens doors. It fills empty holes in yourself. It gives you life again. It saves lives, like it has so many in this fandom. Channeling Twilight from “The last problem”.Foozogz and 4Everfreebrony‘ sing in harmony some powerful stuff. The music itself is a charming and upbeat beat that synths together with a little bit of Pop. Electro and classic rock. Throw in a 80’s style guitar solo just for kicks. Then you have an amazing pop ballad that reminds you what matters in life. It’s a soulful track that brings the reason we love this fandom front and center with good music making at its core. [P@D] Whirly Tail & John Kenza – God of the Seas | Hardstyle

This I am not going to lie. This is one my most anticipated tracks of P@D: Ignite. Whirly Tail is someone I really owe a lot to. That really helped me when I was first bought onto Horse Music Herald, Trying to be a better writer, he was very good at making me feel welcome and aiding me with my work.
So when I saw him make this album and collabing a track with the one and only John Kenza!. I knew, I wanted to be the one to write the article for his track. And what a track it is at 47, on the album. The track is given a vibe old Equestra in the days of war with creatures like the Wendigo’s. Whirly’s unique style of music captures a battle going on the rough sea’s of Equestria. The feeling of flow of the fight goes, as you get some intense ups and down’s with how the melodies go. All the elements used really brings out your imagination, your emotions if you close your eyes and feel. The intensity of the high points. The drama of low points, The uncertainty in the middle. John Kenza comes in to aid in this tale with his own magic sprinkled all over this track adding to the fight. Especially at the first drop which drives the drama of track way up with a sense of emergency. Whirly with John Kenza’s help has created such a remarkable blend of epic sounding quantity. More then anything this track shows just how brilliant Whirly Tail is as an composer! I am so proud of you buddy! As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself. Cynifree’s review: I personally really love the progression of this one. These two did an awesome job conveying a story here the energetic drops, the diverse bridges and melodic energy has all the thumping party energy you could want from a hardstyle track with just the right amount of melodic vibes you’d get from a house track. Like Drake stated, these two really mesh well together and rightfully deserves its spot on the album. This has something for everyone!
