Koron Korak is back with a remix of the wonderful song from the series finale! Its got a wonderful rolling progression with the perfect atmosphere to set the mood! The snappy drums and the mixture of string and strong synth leads is a very welcome combo that I’d love to see more of! Every remix I’ve heard of this song is always a treat for me and this one is no exception!

[P@D] BlackIceMusic – Eternal Night | Melbourne Bounce
Fresh off the press, BlackIce’s Eternal Night is a groovy iconic and spooky tune embracing samples of Nightmare Moon and has those signature Melbourne vibes we’ve come to expect from them! The melody is quite intricate and the way everything is meshed together will ensure your attention is grabbed throughout. From the one shots and show samples to the driving bassline and switch ups this track is a banger and don’t forget to check the rest of Ponies At Dawn Eclipse!
[P@D] Dropper Vampire & GrazySmash – Moon On Fire | Big Room House
This is WAR! Oh my, this track erupts from P@D: Eclipse with a showdown of solar fire and lunar energy. This track set the mood of finding out who is the more powerful sister, Nightmare Moon vs Daybreaker. Dropper and Grazy, with their combined talents, create this big feeling of godly fighting levels. Fitting for a big room house as this track tells the story of the sisters having a war while demonstrating their powers; the melodies do paint that picture with all the big energy drops and traveling melodies. It feels like you are watching this live on PPV with a video package, with these two evil alicorns just talking about how much they hate each other. There is such a prominent feeling of pure chaos and darkness as those drops, vocal chops and some orchestra elements do their stuff. This track is so explosive and these two sure got it right with these other two titans trying to fight and tear each other apart with their destructive powers! As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.
Sawtooth Waves – To The Skies (feat. Chi-Chi) (Algo at All Remix) | Complextro
There are few emotions as elusive as a passive bliss. There are few emotions as elusive as the emotion derived from listening to songs like Algo at All’s remix of To The Skies by Sawtooth Waves. Algo excites the laid-back sentiment of the original song by Sawtooth Waves with a complextro structure, jazzy chords, and basses. With this change, the vocals of the original are more hopeful. This elated remix ends quite grandly with amplified vocal chops and sine flutes.
[P@D] Dropper Vampire & Heartsong – Block Out The Sun (Feat. Koa) | Big Room House
So everypony today we return to Big Room House, with Dropper Vampire’s “Block Out The Sun”. This song starts out with a lovely amazing house beat, with shortly after the beginning Koa singing about how this is a new era for Equestria with her at the top and while a universe ruled by Koa doesn’t sound as bad, that thought quickly escapes as she commands her changelings to take over and reveals that she is singing Chrysalis. In the drop that happens right after the reveal you can hear why I called Big Room House a special genre, if well done, which this song more then is, BRH can create a upbeat melody that is dark at the same time creating a fantastic feeling for the whole drop. After the drop the beat makes way for a piano which reinforces this feeling of happy doom BRH always gives you. After the piano Koa explains more of her plan to infiltrate the ponies from within. After that the beat takes the main role for some time accompanied by an evil Koa laugh that, even after my tenth listen through still gives me shivers. Then buildup as Koa commands her changelings to finally execute her orders and take over Equestria.

[P@D] Camelia – Start Button | Complextro
Okay, who let Trixie hog the VR headset?! Aside from the cute thumbnail art, this track sure sets the tone for the release of P@D Eclipse. At track 7, we get a song about a unicorn that loves her VR games a bit too much, and she’s dragging poor Starlight Glimmer along for the ride. (If Starlight got this for Trixie then I am sure she has buyer’s remorse right about now!) The music itself is full of classic 8-bit chiptune goodness and some deep, hard-hitting dubstep melodies that are sure to pull anypony into this adventure of platform gaming pony-style. Camelia has really stepped up with this extremely addicting arrangement. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself. Someone should tell Starlight that her magic would be more broken in a game world, heh…
Vibeponiez – HomeWork | Compilation Album | Multi-Genre

(Continued after the break)
Sky Sprinter – A Performance To Die For | House
You know, I love tracks such as this that show off an OC’s talent. This tune is a commission piece for a track about a character (who I believe is a deer OC) putting on some greatness before a crowd of ponies with some flawless tricks and grace that captivates the audience! The beat is so sick and electrifying, and the elements used put you right in the front row taking in this spectacle. Those keyboard notes are pretty rad I tell ya. Give Sky Sprinter (formally Jai Hyuk Choi) some love, and as always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.
Ice Angel – Reunify Once More | Progressive House
Today we’ve got ourselves another song in celebration of the 10th anniversary, this time from the talented Ice Angel. The song starts out with a chord progression so lovely it will knock you off your feet, which is quickly built upon in an awesome way. Instead of a drop where you might expect one we’re met with another beat and even more awesome buildup, and this time we get to hear the awesome, breathtaking drop that is sure to make your head bob along. Then suddenly everything stops and makes way for an awesome piano solo. All of a sudden this House track turns into an epic orchestral piece which is sure to hype you up as the beat starts once more and builds up similarly until the synth changes, giving the whole song a feeling of a journey, a journey filled with awesomeness and unexpected adventures from start to finish. For the end the piano takes over again. My first reaction after listening to this song was to sit in silent for a solid minute until just letting out a single “wow”. Nothing more needs to be said. Go listen to the song!

Daniel Ingram – Being Big Is All It Takes (Faulty Remix) | Progressive House
Today we’ve got ourselves a remix by the talented Faulty. The song remixed, “Being Big Is All It Takes” by Daniel Ingram, certainly is a masterpiece in and of itself, so let’s take a look at what Faulty did with it, shall we? The track starts out with a lovely Progressive House beat, and the lyrics quickly join in. While the vocals tell us all about the CMCs new change you can hear the beat slowly building up. As the chorus sets in you are sure to bob your head along, if not dance along–it’s just that amazing. As the chorus ends everything calms down for just a second only for the beat and singing to resume in all their glory. As the CMCs sing their lines the beat continuously increases in awesomeness as it builds to the chorus (I think by now I don’t need to tell you how fantastic the chorus is), and it carries the song until the end.
To be quite honest this remix deserves its place in the hall of fame of the best remixes of show’s songs ever made, and it might just be the best “Being Big Is All It Takes” remix out there.
